Contractor warrants that Contractor has acquired and will maintain Worker's Compensation Insurance as well as Liability Insurance sufficient to support the promises, releases and waivers contained in this agreement. Contractor acknowledges that Contractor has been advised to consult legal counsel and have had the opportunity to consult with legal counsel prior to entering into this release of liability. Contractor understands and agrees that, by signing this Hold Harmless agreement, that Contractor relinquishes all rights or claims to adjudication or recourse to which Contractor may be entitled in relation to any liability arising under this contract. Contractor warrants that Contractor enters into this agreement with full knowledge of the meaning and future effect of the promises, releases and waivers contained herein.
