As a local improvement district & political subdivision of the state of Utah, we always have the public's interest in mind. SESD is a not-for-profit electric service provider. We know that power is essential for everyone, so we always provide our utilities at affordable rates. We offer flat rates that stay consistent no matter the season, ensuring you’re never without power.
